Tell us what you're trying to build, fix, or rescue.

No pitch deck required. A clear note about where things stand, where they need to be, and what's in the way is enough to start.

Start with a direct email

We keep first contact simple. A short form may come later, but email is the right place to send context today.

What to include in the first note

The first conversation is easier when the constraints are visible early. Imperfect information is fine.

  • What exists today, even if it's rough.
  • What hurts most: reliability, speed, cost, manual work, trust, or launch pressure.
  • The timeline you're hoping for - and the date that actually matters.
  • A budget range or constraint, even a preliminary one.
  • Any technical, legal, operational, or team constraints that should shape the plan.

Where we're most useful

  • Good fit: apps, sites, AI workflows, integrations, migrations, internal tools, and creator infrastructure.
  • Also good: rescue work, where the system is useful but the foundation needs care.
  • Not a fit: online gambling, crypto schemes, engagement traps, or products that depend on misleading users.

A simple first pass, then a clearer plan

You'll get a direct reply. If the project looks like a fit, the next step is a short call to understand the problem, find the riskiest parts, and decide whether a scoped proposal makes sense.

Send the plain version.

The messy details are usually the most useful ones.
